Shawn Morse (DBA Pacific Translations) is an experienced,
professional Japanese-to-English technical translator
specializing in the fields of computers,
electronics, business, and software localization.
He has a double B.A. in Japanese and
Japan Studies from the University of Washington
(Seattle), lived and worked in Japan for
nearly ten years, and professionally translated
for over ten years. He is a registered
member of the American Translators Association and the Northwest Translators and Interpreters
Society.
After working six years in Tokyo as the lead in-house Japanese-to-English
translator for a translation/multilingual
DTP company, he has formed his own business
to provide professional technical translation and localization services to companies around the world seeking
accurate and high-quality results.
